The China LPGA Tour teed off its fifth year Thursday with the Shanghai Classic, the first season that its tournaments will count for the Rolex World Rankings.Along with the Ladies European Tour (LET), earlier this month the two tours were added to the prestigious rankings system, which now covers eight tours worldwide.

THE NORTHERN MOST GOLF CLUB IN CHINA AND THE ONLY ONE TO FEATURE BOTH GOLF AND SKIING
In 2008, golf course designer T.K.Pen rebuilt this international 18 Hole championship course in the Ash River of Harbin, Heilongjiang province. The course covers 1,600 Chinese acres with the fairway extending for 7,000 yards in a valley of delightful scenery clustered with trees.
In winter, the layout is transformed into a ski resort where both sides of the valley are covered with dense forest which in turn become a home for pheasants, wild ducks, rabbits, birds and a host of other animals.
